abby's role in the community:
Director of
Support and Wellness
Parenting Support Circle Leader
Addiction Recovery Support Circle Leader
As Director of Support & Wellness, Abby provides guidance, care, and oversight to both our Support Circle Leaders and Wellness Guides. She helps ensure our community offerings are held with integrity, safety, and heart—while also creating intentional spaces for our team members to be seen, supported, and cared for. From emotional check-ins to wellness practices for the leaders themselves, Abby helps nurture both the containers and the people who hold them.
As the leader of our Parenting with CPTSD Support Circle, Abby brings lived experience, deep empathy, and a commitment to breaking cycles. She creates space for caregivers navigating the complexities of parenting while healing—offering validation, shared wisdom, and the reminder that we don’t have to do it perfectly to do it differently. Her leadership makes space for honesty, growth, and connection in the messiness of parenting with trauma.
As the leader of our Addiction Recovery Support Circle, Abby holds space with honesty, compassion, and deep understanding. She offers a non-shaming, survivor-centered environment where members can explore their relationship with addiction, recovery, and the trauma beneath it. Abby’s leadership creates room for truth, accountability, and connection—reminding survivors that healing is not linear, and they are never alone in the process.
