about kim
Kim is a mother, partner, writer, advocate, and trauma-informed somatic facilitator. She is a survivor of Complex PTSD and utilizes her own lived experiences to help other survivors on their journeys. Kim has been living a sober life for a few years, and shares in-depth the struggles she had with drugs and alcohol as a means to coping with her trauma. She believes that our trauma and the ways that we needed to cope to survive do not define us; and that cultivating safe spaces is crucial for healing.

As a Wellness Guide, Kimberly offers Seated Somatic Movement classes designed to support gentle reconnection with the body in safe, accessible ways. Her approach centers nervous system regulation, body awareness, and trauma-informed care—creating a space where members can move at their own pace, honor their limits, and access grounded presence from wherever they are. Kimberly’s classes invite ease, curiosity, and compassionate embodiment.
