about shenikka
I am a licensed holistic psychotherapist and transformational coach, I operate within a trauma-informed, culturally conscious, and anti-oppressive framework. With close to 20 years of experience, my personal journey with trauma and chronic illness has been my most valuable teacher, guiding me to appreciate the significance of nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, EFT (Emotion Freedom Tapping), and inner child modalities. This understanding has driven me to delve deep into holistic-based approaches. In addition to my professional roles, I am a wife and mother, but first and foremost, I am a fellow human being. She specializes in working with couples. Her areas of specialties are anxiety, depression, attachment challenges, self-esteem, life transition, chronic illness and relationship issues.
