about tristan
Tristan Mangindin, RYT-500, LMT, is passionate about helping people heal through yoga and
massage therapy. With over a decade of experience providing somatic practices, Tristan
believes in mindful movement and self care to help increase awareness in action, recovery for
peak performance, and manage your mental health & healing journey.
A C-PTSD and double cancer survivor, Tristan also seeks to support those healing from
Complex Trauma, especially men, so they can manage their trauma by regulating themselves
through the triggers better, and show up as their greatest, most authentic selves as often as
possible.
A native of San Diego, CA, Tristan also trains and competes in jiu-jitsu, practices salsa dance,
and loves taking his dog to the beach.

As a Wellness Guide, Tristan offers trauma-informed yoga practices that center safety, embodiment, and choice. His approach invites survivors to reconnect with their bodies at their own pace—through gentle movement, grounding, and breath. Whether through live sessions or on-demand content, Tristan creates space for members to explore healing through movement in ways that honor personal boundaries, nervous system regulation, and self-trust.
