honoring those who helped build this space

at healing and c-ptsd, we believe in honoring every voice, every hand, and every heart that helped shape this community. This space exists because of the passion, time, and emotional labor poured in by survivors who showed up not just for others—but for healing, hope, and change.

Our Retired Volunteers are more than past team members—they are part of the foundation. They gave their energy, their support, and their care during critical seasons of growth. While their active roles may have ended, their impact is lasting and deeply appreciated.

This page is our way of saying: thank you.

You are forever a part of the story we’re writing.
